How to use the gross to net salary calculator
- Enter your annual gross salary and the number of payments.
- Enter the tax withholding and contribution percentages from your payslip.
- Review the net per payment, the annual net and what's deducted.
How gross becomes net
Net = gross − gross × withholding − gross × contributions · Net per payment = net / payments
With 14 payments, the annual net is split into 12 monthly payments plus 2 extra ones, so each payment is lower than the average monthly net.
